Good nutrition, choosing the right foods to create a healthy body, a healthy brain, makes a difference in our quality of life, in our moods, in our appearance. If you are eating a “fast food” diet, or foods that are not right for your body, we need to talk.
Once you dive into my site, you’ll chuckle that I have a “Home” page with veggies and fruits. They make a pretty centerpiece around that heart — and I do still eat the occasional piece of fruit, only when in season, but I’ll let you dive in to read the rest of the story.
A healthy body also includes what you are putting on your skin, as some of the most toxic ingredients are found in skincare.
